About out Premium Pea Protein

Pea protein is made by simply removing the starch and fiber content of yellow peas and grinding them into a fine powder. This plant based protein is ideal for vegetarians and vegans, and is a great alternative to whey and soy proteins.

Anthony’s Pea Protein Powder is Gluten Free, Unsweetened, and Unflavored with no artificial additives.

Use it as a base for protein shakes, blend it into smoothie bowls, add it to yogurt, baked goods, protein bars and more!

High Protein

​It’s easy to get lots of protein in your diet with our pea protein! It’s high quality, plant-based, and easy to add to many different recipes.

Great for Smoothies and Baking

Add a couple tablespoons of our pea protein to muffins, pancakes, or your morning smoothie.

Low Carb

There’s virtually no carbohydrates in our pea protein; add this dense protein powder to whatever you like without adding extra sugar or starch!

Fudge Protein Bars

Ingredients:

  • ⅓ cup coconut oil, melted
  • ⅓ cup coconut butter, softened
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ⅓ cup Anthony’s Pea Protein
  • ¼ cup almond milk
  • ¼ cup Anthony’s Cocoa Powder

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the coconut oil, coconut butter, and maple syrup.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. Press into a 8”x8” glass baking dish and chill until set.
  4. Cut into bars.

Protein Peanut Butter Cups

Ingredients:

Peanut Butter Layer:

  • ⅓ cup peanut butter
  • ⅓ cup Anthony’s Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, melted
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons Anthony’s Pea Protein

Chocolate Layer:

  • ¼ cup Anthony’s Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, melted
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • ¼ cup Anthony’s Cocoa Powder

Instructions:

Peanut Butter Layer:

  1. In a bowl, combine the peanut butter, coconut oil, maple syrup, and pea protein; mix well.
  2. Divide between 8-10 foil muffin liners.
  3. Freeze until set.

Chocolate Layer:

  1. In another bowl, combine the coconut oil, maple syrup, and cocoa powder; mix well.
  2. Divide between the muffin liners on top of the peanut butter layer.
  3. Freeze until set.

Enjoy!

Yield: 8-10 servings

Chocolate Milkshake (dairy-free)

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup ice cubes
  • 1-½ tablespoons Anthony’s Cocoa Powder
  • 2 tablespoons Anthony’s Pea Protein
  • 2 tablespoons Anthony’s Erythritol
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon Anthony’s Xanthan Gum
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1-½ cups unsweetened almond milk

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, layer the ice cubes, cocoa powder, pea protein, erythritol, vanilla extract, xanthan, and maple syrup.
  2. Pour in almond milk.
  3. Blend on high until very smooth.

Prep time: 5 minutes
Yield: 1-2 servings
